French Toast with Raspberries

Happy Saturday everyone!  I love the weekends and one of my favorite things about the weekends is being able to slow down and relax.  I can get up and take my time and make some of my favorite breakfast recipes.  French toast has always been a favorite of mine. This recipe is similar to the one my Mom made when I was growing up.  She always used a little flour in her batter to make the toast fluffier. Over the years I have added to and taken away ingredients. I change it up from time to time depending on what we want and what I have on hand in the kitchen, this morning it was Raspberries.
